1. The Representative Welcome Programme is open to all new independent Avon Representatives (Representatives) of Avon Cosmetics Limited (Avon) who place their first Avon order from Campaign 06, 2017 (National) or Campaign 08 (Trendsetter) onwards.

2. If eligible Representatives place their first Campaign order over Higher Order Value (HOV) on time and online, the Representative will be able to order the Avon Favourites Pack for no charge in their first order only.

3. If the Representative’s first order is between Minimum Order Value (MOV) and HOV, the Representative will be able to order the Avon Favourites Pack for £15.

4. If eligible Representatives place their second Campaign order over HOV on time and online, the Representative will be able to order the Avon Make Up Pack for no charge in their second order only.

5. If the Representative’s second order is between MOV and HOV, the Representative will be able to order the Avon Make Up Pack for £15.

6. If eligible Representatives place their third Campaign order over HOV on time and online, the Representative will be able to order the Avon Fragrance and Skincare Pack for no charge in their third order only.

7. If the Representative’s third order is between MOV and HOV, the Representative will be able to order the Avon Fragrance and Skincare Pack for £15.

8. To be eligible to order the Tabitha Webb Wildside Tote Bag (“Tabitha Webb bag”) at no cost in their fourth order, the Representative must have placed four orders over HOV. Representatives who have not met this criteria (“special eligibility criteria”) will be ineligible for this prize.

9. When a Representative places their first order, the Campaign in which they do this becomes the associated Campaign for the first pack. Each consecutive Campaign thereafter will become the associated Campaign for the second and third packs, and the Tabitha Webb bag.

10. Representatives are eligible to order one of each pack, and the Tabitha Webb bag, in the associated Campaign only. The packs and Tabitha Webb bag are not available to back order.

11. Participation in the Representative Welcome Programme is optional and Representatives do not have to place an order for the associated pack or Tabitha Webb bag, even if eligible. However, the Representative’s chance to order a pack, or the Tabitha Webb bag if the special eligibility criteria is met, in the associated Campaign will be forfeited if they do not place an order in that specific Campaign.

12. The Representative’s order value includes My Avon Store orders delivered by the Representative, the Representative’s regular order and any additional or express orders. The Representative’s order value does not include My Avon Store orders attached to the Representative but directly delivered by Avon.

13. Representatives can place their order for the packs by adding the relevant line number to their order and will receive the associated pack with the delivery of that order.

14. Representatives must reach HOV/MOV in a single order to qualify for the incentive offers. A representative will not qualify for the incentive offers by making multiple orders that only cumulatively reach HOV/MOV during the campaign.

15. Products shown on the Representative Welcome Programme flyer are for indication only. Avon reserves the right to substitute the items offered and supply alternative products of equal or greater value without prior notice.

16. Reinstated Representatives are not eligible to participate in this offer.

17. Trainee Sales Leaders and Sales Leaders who place their first order from Campaign 6 National, Campaign 8 Trendsetter onwards are eligible to participate in this offer.

18. If a Representative wishes to return or exchange a pack, all of the products within the associated pack must be returned. Individual products are not eligible for return or exchange. Refunds will be for the same amount that the Representative paid and not the ‘worth’ value of the pack.

19. Avon reserves the right to hold or cancel the Representative Welcome Programme offer in the event on non-compliance with these terms and conditions or if Avon deems, in their absolute discretion, there to have been any manipulation of orders to achieve the qualifying order value. Avon also reserves the right to apply the appropriate charge for the Representative Welcome Programme packs if it deems there to have been any manipulation of orders to achieve the qualifying order value.

20. Details of the pack offers are correct at time of going to print however Avon reserves the right to make any amendments including withdrawing the offer as it deems necessary and appropriate.

21. Avon’s decision is final no correspondence will be entered into.
